- Associate Veterinarian Ownership Opportunity
Description
Bryant Veterinary Clinic sits in the median of I-30 and AR-183, where thousands of commuters pass
every day. Unlike most neighborhood-tucked clinics, we’re front and center in Bryant’s growth
corridor. That visibility means client awareness, steady new walk-ins, and a growth platform for the
next veterinarian who takes the reins.
This is more than an associate position—it’s a rare ownership-track opportunity with built-in visibility
and long-term growth potential.
Why this location matters:
- High-traffic recognition: Our sign is seen by thousands daily—location does the advertising for
you. - Community on the rise: Bryant has grown nearly 9% in the past 5 years, with over 22,000
residents today and steady annual growth (~1.7%). - Regional expansion: Saline County is one of Arkansas’s fastest-growing counties, fueled by
housing and retail development along I-30. - Client diversity: Loyal long-time clients + new families moving in = a healthy mix for practice
stability and expansion.
What we offer:
- Competitive Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 DOE + production bonus.
- Signing/Relocation Bonus: $10,000.
- Schedule: 4-day work week, no overnight emergencies.
- Benefits: PTO, CE allowance, health stipend, licensing & dues covered.
- Ownership Track: Flexible buy-in timeline, with seller financing options available.
- Mentorship & Transition: Current owner (nearing retirement) committed to ensuring a
smooth handoff and practice continuity.
