Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $120,000+, depending on experience
• Quarterly production bonuses with no negative accrual

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For
To thrive here, you will bring:

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited program
• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Ohio
• Client-focused, curious, and eager to continue learning
• Comfortable with general surgery and interested in growing soft-tissue and dental skills
• Interest in orthopedics is a plus, but never required
• Most importantly, you value collaboration, thoughtful medicine, and a healthy work environment.
