Description

We are an Equine specific practice specializing in sports medicine for both racing Quarter Horses and Thoroughbreds.  Our practice is located at Louisiana Downs Racetrack (Shreveport, La). The opportunity to travel to other racetracks will also available as time and interest permit.

Our Ideal Candidate:
An interest in sports medicine, lameness, diagnostic imaging, alternative therapies such as chiropractic and/or acupuncture.
Full time, part time or seasonal contracts available
Well established practitioner or new grads welcome – mentorship available
Racetrack experience preferred but not required

Requirements

Must be eligible for licensure by the Louisiana Board of Veterinary Medicine and Louisiana Racing Commission.
