True Animal Vet is seeking a passionate and dedicated Veterinarian to join our thriving practices in The Woodlands, TX and Spring, TX. - State-of-the-Art Facilities: Work in our newly built, state-of-the-art facilities in The Woodlands (2023, 5,500 sqft) and/or Spring (2026, 7,200 sqft) equipped with modern surgery suites, ultrasound, X-ray, CT, in-house lab, iso ward, oxygen cages and more, designed to support the highest standard of veterinary care.

We perform the majority of procedures and diagnostics in-house, allowing you to practice comprehensive medicine with continuity of care. - Proprietary Software Stack: We use custom built software to make the lives of our fellow doctors and technicians easier, allowing us to better care for our patients and reduce stress. If you’ve felt the pain of a particular client or patient issue, we almost certainly have seen it during our past careers as well, and our ongoing software road map is always aimed at reducing errors and reducing workloads for our team. Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality veterinary care, including diagnostics, surgeries, and wellness exams.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each pet.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Participate in client education on various aspects of pet health.
- Collaborate with our team of veterinary professionals to provide a seamless healthcare experience.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
- Licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Texas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
