Lake Meridian Veterinary Hospital is Seeking an Associate Veterinarian
Lake Meridian Veterinary Hospital is an integral part of the Kent community, with a primary mission to work with clients to help their animals live longer, happier, and healthier lives. Our full service, well-established team provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care to our valued dog and cat clients.
We are a primary care clinic that sees a variety of cases on a daily basis. We also perform dental procedures and soft tissue surgical cases each day. Our 3 veteran doctors are well qualified to teach and support new grad DVMs and provide guidance as needed. We are well staffed with assistants and technicians that are eager to improve on their skill set and to provide excellent support for the doctors. The clinic culture prioritizes quality patient care and respect of the human-animal bond.

SALARY PLUS Compensation Model:
Guaranteed Annual SALARY paid month to month (starting at $120,000 depending on experience)
PLUS Monthly Production Bonus(we are paying your guaranteed salary UP FRONT and then you have the ability to produce up to and beyond this salary minimum. The additional revenue produced will qualify you for a production bonus based on a percentage rate of 21%-22%.)
Signing Bonus Package:
Sign on Bonus will be paid at start date (starting at $10,000)
Relocation Bonus Package (starting at $10,000)
New Grad Benefits
Program for all New Grads for year one.
Once you sign with us, if you refer “a friend” you can earn an additional$10,000.

Paid Time Off
Minimum 3 weeks (12 days)
Schedule
3-4 days a week (10-hour shifts) – counts as full time

Annual stipend for CE of your choice ($2,500 - $3,000)
Professional Training and Development upon request
