About Us
Sky Canyon Veterinary Hospital is a privately owned, AAHA-accredited, full-service small animal hospital located on Colorado’s beautiful Western Slope. We are committed to practicing progressive medicine with advanced diagnostics and strong specialty partnerships.
Our hospital offers:
Cone Beam CT
Digital & intraoperative radiography
Ultrasonography
Cardiology services (echocardiogram & ECG)
Minimally invasive procedures (endoscopy, arthroscopy, bronchoscopy)
Advanced surgical capabilities (orthopedic & soft tissue)
We also collaborate closely with:
A board-certified veterinary dentist (DAVDC)
A board-certified neurologist (ACVIM)

Requirements
Perform exams, diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
Diagnose and manage medical cases
Perform surgery (based on experience and interest)
Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
Maintain accurate medical records
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent care
DVM or equivalent from an accredited program
Active (or eligible) Colorado veterinary license
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
Commitment to high-quality medicine
Pass background check and drug testing
