The Opportunity
As an Associate Veterinarian, you will provide comprehensive medical care while building
meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues. You’ll be supported by an experienced,
collaborative team that encourages growth, mentorship, and autonomy.
What you can expect:
4-day work week with rotating Saturdays
No after-hours emergencies or on-call responsibilities
Manageable caseload with time to fully work up cases
Strong technical and client care support

Requirements
Qualifications
DVM (or equivalent)
Maryland veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality care
New graduates encouraged to apply
